SimpLync is priced using a CAL model (Client Access Model). We tryed to offer a competitive price, affordable to any kind of business, and prices are similar to the ones offered on most popular softphones of the market (althougt we are the only solution available that in addition to work as sofphone it can also work integrated with Lync and Call Centers).

Call Center add-on

Our Call Center add-on is designed for environments already having QueueMetrics or WombatDialer installed. Then, we apply the same model for licenses that is used for those products, same rules are applied. On this model, the license is bound to the number of agents you have in your call center. Note also that all licenses have a duration of four years, unless specified differently...

Call Center add-on is also available for clientes already having Enterprise Voice, that do not need the softphone and SIP integration provided by SimpLync, but will like to add Call Center features to their current voice & uc integration. For users not having Lync, this module is compatible with Asterisk Connect Community Edition.

Provisioning Server

This server is used for centralized management and configuration of all the clients. This servers not is required but is suggested when you have a big number of user to manage. Server already comes with 30 licenses for SimpLync, and 1 year Priority Support Service.

Priority Support Service

With the Priority E-mail Support your requests will be handled on top of the list in any case, leading to a response time of a few hours. Priority Support is handled directly by EuropeSIP and not by official resellers. Users with Priority Support are entitled to free upgrades on new releases.

Price: 20% of current license. One year duration.

Per-Incident Support

With Per-Incident Support a support engineer will assist you via website/e-mail, remote access and phone conversation in order to solve technical incidents.

Customization Proposal

f you have already purchased a license and need a customized solution ask us to make a customization proposal. The analysis cost (180 €) will be deducted from the final payment for the service if purchased.

This service can be used for any additional function you want to integrate, including customized scripts, plugins, branding, etc.
